Why me and why calisthenics?
Training never came naturally to me. I went to the gym because I felt I should . I was influenced by friends and social media but I lacked real direction, consistency, and purpose.
Becoming a coach changed my perspective. I learned that training is more than aesthetics or routines, it’s a way of life. While traditional training gave me a solid foundation, I still felt unfulfilled repeating the same patterns week after week.
Everything changed when I discovered calisthenics.
Calisthenics taught me discipline, resilience, and patience. It challenged me physically and mentally, helping me grow in ways I never thought possible. I finally had a clear direction.
Although calisthenics is growing, many people don’t know where to start. My goal is to change that by building a supportive community and helping others experience real, sustainable growth through movement.
